Universal Paint

Procoat Universal Paint is a multi-purpose, multi-substrate self-priming waterbased paint for all common exterior painting projects, including decks, weatherboards, fences, pergolas, sheds, garages and more.

Made specifically for New Zealand conditions and enriched with linseed oil for improved penetration into timber, Procoat Universal Paint is ideal for timber, concrete, brick, galvanised iron and fibre cement.

• Typical uses: exterior timber fences, timber trellis
• Coverage: up to 12m² per litre depending on the substrate
• Sheen level: Low sheen 5% gloss

1. Ensure surfaces are free from loose and flaking paint. Wash surfaces with Procoat Exterior House & Deck Wash to remove any dirt, oils or grease. If any areas of mould are present, treat with a suitable mould remover
2. Stir paint thoroughly with a broad flat paddle, using an up and down scooping motion.
3. Spot prime if required with Procoat Universal Paint
4. Apply 2 coats of Procoat Universal Paint, allowing 2 hours between coats.
