Oil Based Undercoat

Procoat Oil Based Primer Undercoat is a premium all purpose primer undercoat for interior and exterior applications. Formulated to be quick drying to an easy to sand surface, it is ideal as a first coat on bare timber, customwood, and plywood.

• Typical uses: as a primer for timber, weatherboards, old painted surfaces, customwood and plywood
• Coverage: 10-12m² per litre

1. To achieve the best results, ensure the surface is dry, free from dirt, dust and other contaminants. Wash surfaces with Procoat Roof Clean, especially where moss and mould is present.
2. Stir paint thoroughly with a broad flat paddle, using an up and down scooping motion.
3. Apply 1 coat of Procoat Oil Based Undercoat, allow to dry overnight
4. Lightly sand to a smooth finish and thoroughly dust off
5. Apply 2 coats of selected topcoat
